JUICE (Moscow) - full-circle production company that works with digital, documentary, scripted and non-scripted formats, produces over 200 hours of content yearly and collaborates with largest entertainment networks in Russia (such as TNT and CTC) and streaming platforms (IVI, OKKO, Kinopoisk, Start).
- Created and led a scripted formats department and managed a team of 3 development managers. In 2 years oversaw the creation, development, sale and launch of 7 TV series (60 episodes overall) and one feature film for major streaming platforms and cable networks.
- Assembled and guided writer’s rooms, ensuring creative alignment and workflow efficiency: both for original projects and adaptations. Supervised all stages of project cycle: from concept to delivery, including production and post-production workflows. Was responsible for budgeting, communication between departments and problem solving both internally and on sets.
Notable projects: 3 limited series (12 episodes overall for Domashny cable network. Audience reach: 30 million, core audience: women 25-59.), sitcom (REN-TV cable network, 20 episodes, daily viewers: 25 million, core audience: all genders 4-45), mystical drama (OKKO streaming platform, 8 episodes, most watched show in November 2022), Superstore sitcom adaptation (TNT cable network, 12 episodes).

Sony Pictures Television International (SPTI CIS) – major international production company operating in the CIS market and launching many well-known titles. Based in Moscow under US main office supervision.
- Developed original scripted formats and adapted international series for Russian audiences. Curated and supervised writers, editors, and production teams across multiple projects.
- Coordinated workflows with US consultants and aligned local production practices with global standards.
- Oversaw pilot production and series rollouts, ensuring technical and creative quality.
- Identified new talent and built creative partnerships with producers, networks, and studios.
Notable projects: The Eighties (original comedy, CTC cable network, 6 seasons, 105 eps., numerous award-winning episodes and global recognition), Everybody Loves Raymond adaptation (sitcom, CTC cable network, 400+ eps, one of the most famous projects between Russian-speakers), The Good Wife adaptation (drama, NTV cable network, 20 eps.), Mile High adaptation (comedy, YU, 20 eps).
